The 6th grade science students recently took a short field trip to the mudflats in Wu Kai Sha. The students learned about the mangroves, tidal movement, and observed bird, crab and sea snail behavior. Thank you parents, teachers and cooperative students for making this trip possible.
I have set up this blogsite as a way of communicating the learning activities we are doing and will accomplish in the future. Also I will be posting diagrams, news articles, and website links that relate to our current topic of study. At times, students' projects and classwork may be visible through photos and videos to share with the ICS community and ultimatley the world. In addition, I will sometimes ask anonymous students to add to this blog contributing their own ideas, opinions, and concepts learned from our studies. Enjoy!
The microscopic organisms were so cool, they were dark green
ReplyDeleteTip Tip I researched that the dry mud or sand has the most crabs around there.
